- Bernard Hurst Post 77 American Legion: Indiana American Legion is committed to providing continued service to fellow veterans, their families and communities because “The American Legion Changes Lives”. Through advocacy the American Legion supports fellow veterans, their families and communities by providing funding, grants and scholarships. Also the legion is active in redirecting young lives by encouraging public service.
- Cathy Pelsor - Franklin County Public Transportation: Franklin County Public Transportation will provide a safe, dependable, economical method of transportation to residences of Franklin County. Franklin County Public Transportation has been serving the Franklin County Community since 1991. Providing 30,000 one-way trips each year. Reservations for public transportation may be made from 6:00 A.M.to 4:00P.M. during regular business hours/days.

- Patti Wilhelm - Franklin County Arts Council: An organization that strives to provide opportunities for the citizens of Franklin County to experience quality cultural programs involving music, and art, history, theatre, and literature; thus enriching their educational, recreational and professional lives.
- Brookville Carnegie Library
- Brookville Carnegie Library: Dedicated in1912, starting with approximately 600 books; collections and services have expanded to meet the needs of local patrons. One of the 1679 Libraries built in the United States with funds from philanthropists Andrew Carnegie.
- Kelly Bulmer - United Way of Franklin County: The mission of the United Way in Franklin County is to review our human service needs, raise and allocate funds, and support programs to secure the community’s future.
- Indiana Governor James Brown Ray Home: Located on east 10th street, Brookville, Indiana is the home of Governor James Brown Ray. James Brown Ray was the 4th governor of the state of Indiana serving from 1825-1851. Born in Kentucky, studied law in Cincinnati and moved to Brookville in 1818. In 1821 he was elected to the Indiana House of Representatives.
- Mary Burk- The Franklin County Health Department : The Franklin County Health Department provides health relative services to all Franklin County residents. The main focus is on the immunization of Franklin County children age 2 months through 18 years. Additional services include flu vaccines for children and adults, issuing birth and death certificates, tuberculosis test, home visits to the sick and elderly, inspect and issue food safety permits, and other limited services related to environment, health, and welfare of citizens living in Franklin County.
- Laurel Community Library: To fulfill a dream the Laurel community a group of dedicated citizens pushed the limits to build a public library for western Franklin County on the site of the old elementary school at 200 North Clay Street in Laurel. On May 1996 the town of Laurel was awarded a community focus grant through the Indiana Department of Commerce. On April 26, 1998 the Laurel Community Library open house and dedication took place.
- Melinda Brown – Staylin’ Alive: This local organization promotes a safer and healthier community by reducing the problematic use of Alcohol, Tobacco and other drugs in Franklin County.
- Old Brookville Church and Cemetery: First permanent church in Brookville was built in 1820. Many Brookville early settles are buried in this cemetery including four Revolutionary soldiers and a signer of Indiana first constitution.
- Brookville Water Works / Red Cross
- Receda Schilling Community Center and Firehouse: As a result of the Recede Schilling Memorial fund $1,969,705.00 was used to build The Schilling Community Center and Firehouse, pay for the renovation of the Brookville Library, and renovate the Brookville Firehouse to be used by the Red Cross/Emergency Defense for our county. Recede Schilling was lifelong resident of Brookville passed away on October 12,1993, at the age of 88. Frank (her father) and Recede Schilling left a legacy of giving to benefit the needs of this community.

- Franklin County Seminary: The Town of Brookville purchased Franklin County Seminary in 1863; it was used for school purposes both public and private until 1873. The location of this historic building is on the south side of East 5th street, Brookville, Indiana.

- Jane Yorn - Safe Passage: Organization that provides intervention services to victims of domestic violence that facilitates healing, independence, and empowerment, and to provide prevention and educational programs that promote a safe, nurturing environment for the communities which they serve.
